In addition to his role as Chairman of Converge International, Terry is Chairman of Australian Home Care Services, Netcomm Limited and immediate past Chairman of Opportunity International Network Inc., and Multiple Sclerosis Ltd. He is also a director of Many Rivers Microfinance Ltd, Future Fibre Technologies Pty Ltd and Intelledox Pty Ltd. Terry founded Link Telecommunications Pty Ltd in Australia in 1982 and led the creation of Optus Communications from 1989-1992 and served on the Optus Board until 1995.
Russell is the Chief Executive of the Aged Care Channel and brings eleven years experience in senior roles in the Aged and Community Care sector. Prior to this role, Russell was Chief Operating Officer of Australian Home Care a leading provider of home based care to the elderly and people with disabilities in NSW and Victoria. Russell’s previous experience includes General Manager of Baptist Community Services NSW and ACT; Managing Director of Integrated Aged Care a specialist consulting and management company; Chief Executive Officer of Churches of Christ Care in Queensland and Senior Manager, KPMG Consulting. In his roles Russell has advised public and private companies, not for profit and public sector organisations on Strategy, Leadership, and Change Management initiatives. Russell has also filled Board and leadership roles in a range of industry bodies representing members in a variety of forums.
Tanya is the Executive Officer of The Jack Brockhoff Foundation which is committed to philanthropic support for the health and wellbeing of all Victorians. She is a lawyer by professional training and before taking up her present role Tanya had practised law for 20 years, specialising in not for profit law, taxation and administrative law. Tanya is a director of a range of not for profit companies many closely linked with the Anglican Church.
Michael provides Converge International with a wealth of knowledge and experience and has worked with us as a Chaplain with Tasmania Police Service (1978-1988), Tasmanian Fire Services (1985) and Humes Concrete (1990-1994). He has been a member – with two terms as President – of the Tasmanian Council of Churches since 1988. Michael has also served as a Reserve Chaplain in the RAN since 1983 and served as Chaplain on HMAS Darwin in the Arabian Gulf in 2005.
Trevor is a senior commercial manager for Synergy – the largest electricity retailer in Perth, Western Australia - negotiating and managing the company’s large wholesale electricity supply contracts. He previously served as manager of strategic human resources for Western Power Corporation, including a strong involvement in strategic corporate change management & building organisational capability. Trevor has also held responsible roles in planning & resource management, commercial and engineering project management and power station operations management. He has eleven years experience as a company director. Trevor has a strong volunteering commitment and has been involved in a variety of local community projects and service in various community organisations. Trevor provides regular mentoring through Kid’s Hope Australia.
Lindsay McMillan has been Chief Executive since May 2007. With over 25 years experience in healthcare and community services, at both executive and board levels, Lindsay has also delivered senior consulting support to health care, government and a range of business interests.
Lindsay’s areas of specialisation include business growth and innovation, broadcasting, strategic development and relationship management. His academic and leadership experience extends internationally through publications and presentations.

Kim is well known throughout Australia for his involvement in the accounting profession having served on professional association committees relating to financial reporting and regulatory reform. He is an advocate of the introduction of a Statement of Service Performance in corporate annual reports and is an active member of the Consultative Committee of the Australian Accounting Standards Board and has been a councillor of the Victorian Division of CPA Australia and a member of the Thought Leadership Committee of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia.
Kim chairs a number of public company audit committees and is currently chairman of the national authorised audit company Tyndale KSG.
