Lindsay McMillan has been Chief Executive since May 2007. With over 25 years experience in healthcare and community services, at both executive and board levels, Lindsay has also delivered senior consulting support to health care, government and a range of business interests.

Michelle joined Converge International in 2000 with a background in psychology and professional services management. Michelle has extensive experience prior to joining Converge International in providing psychological services, training and business management. Her areas of expertise include clinical and organisational risk management and professional operations management. With her experience in business management Michelle is well qualified in her role as General Manager Services and Manager Business Innovation and Growth.

Melissa Kuti joined Converge International in 2008, having previously consulted to industry and government bodies in a human resources and project management capacity.
Melissa has a background in professional services that includes six years with KPMG and a career history in human resources consulting, training and customer service. Her areas of expertise include strategic and operational human resources management, training and development, and employee relations. At Converge International, Melissa oversees organisational and professional development, recruitment and retention, OH&S, knowledge and learning, and performance and change management.

Kerry is responsible for the management of business across Victoria and Tasmania and also oversees many national client accounts. With over 15 years experience in strategic business management, Kerry is well qualified at promptly analysing business issues unique to each organisation. This supports her commitment to assisting our clients to achieve organisational health, reduced people risk and enhanced workplace productivity.

Lana Schwartz joined Converge International in 2004, managing state operations for NSW, ACT and Queensland. Lana has been working in the training domain for over 10 years and has experience consulting to a range of clients and industries from elite sports teams to manufacturing, local government, construction, mining and transport.
During her professional career, Lana has worked with clients across metropolitan and regional areas of Country Victoria, Malaysia, WA and NSW. She is known for her down to earth attitude and enthusiasm when delivering client training, leadership and creative direction.
Lana is a Registered Psychologist and member of the Australian Psychological Society. She has an outstanding record of achievement in training, coaching, and consultancy and holds the following qualifications:
