Course Outline
Burnout occurs where highly committed people lose interest and motivation. It typically occurs in
hard working, driven people,
who become emotionally, psychologically or physically exhausted.
The aim of this workshop is to help individuals understand the
background, symptoms, and
consequences of burnout, and most importantly develop strategies to prevent burnout.
