Course Outline

The number one factor in attraction and retention in Australia’s labor force today is work–life
balance and it’s an issue that affects everyone. This education program will help participants
to assess stressors both at home and in the workplace, prioritise activities, set appropriate
boundaries and equip participants with practical strategies for achieving work–life balance.

    between work and personal life

2. Identifying stressors:

  • Stress management strategies
