Coping with change in the workplace: Employees
Course Outline
In today’s dynamic workplace, change isn’t just inevitable, it’s essential. To prosper, every business
needs to adapt to new
situations, keep up with the latest technologies and adjust to competitive
pressures. But if employees aren’t committed to
change, if they see it as a threat rather than an
opportunity, change can have unforeseen consequences that reduce or even
nullify the intended
benefits. This workshop is designed to help employees see change in a positive light, helping
them not just
cope with change, but become active participants in the change process.
