Effective Workplace Communication
Course Outline
The Effective Workplace Communication workshop is designed for improving communication within the workplace.
The workshop may be presented to entire teams or specified levels within an organisation. Participants will complete
a questionnaire to assist in identifying their own personal communication style and will learn how to relate to the
communication styles of others.

Expected Outcomes
At the end of this workshop participants will be able to:
- Define the process of effective communication
- Describe barriers to effective communication and
respond constructively to the behaviour of others
- Identify their own personal communication style and
relate to the communication styles of others
- Select and implement a variety of techniques to
communicate effectively in the workplace
