Course Outline
The focus of this workshop is to provide participants with the opportunity to understand team processes and to identify the
dynamics which impact on the functioning of their team. The workshop will help to identify the different roles people adopt
in teams, understand individual styles and learn to deal with difficult situations. It is an intensive workshop with a strong
behavioural focus that enables participants to understand and manage the various personalities that make up teams and how
to work effectively together.
