Fit for Work - Employees: Managing alcohol, drugs & fatigue

Course Outline

No matter what kind of industry you operate in, it is inevitable that alcohol and other drugs will be used and in some cases
abused – by people you employ. This will, eventually, have an effect on your workplace. The aim of this Fit for Work workshop
is to help your employees understand the issues relating to alcohol and other drugs so that they are better able to deal with
them – both personally, and in relation to coworkers who may be effected by their use. This can help ensure that all your
employees are fit for work and capable of completing the tasks required of them without putting themselves or others at risk.
The workshop also addresses fatigue in the workplace, another issue that can have a major impact on work effectiveness.
