Course Outline
This essential workshop integrates your internal harassment policies and procedures to ensure awareness by all employees
participating. The workshop explains what harassment is, incorporating bullying, sexual harassment, direct and indirect forms
of harassment and individual responses. It aids in creating awareness of what is acceptable behaviour within a workplace, how
to respond to harassment, and the resolution process. There is an optional assessment at the end of the program to ensure all
attendees are fully aware of, and understand, the organisation’s policy on harassment.
