Equally effective for high-performance leaders or those lacking direction, coaching helps individuals enhance any areas of their working lives that are causing them dissatisfaction. It helps by turning plans into specific actions within agreed timeframes.

Corporate coaching for employees in the workplace involves a series of meetings between an employee and a skilled Converge International coach. All our coaches are experienced in organisational change and committed to helping staff set and achieve goals that complement their skills, personality and role. Our coaches generally have backgrounds in psychology and/or business.

The sessions typically include a combination of general face-to-face discussions and formal psychological assessments, are between half and hour and an hour and occur weekly, fortnightly, or monthly. Coaching is a long term strategy and while the average duration of a coaching relationship is between three and six months, it can last up to two years.
