As stress and imbalance increases in workplaces and society in general, more and more people are turning to drugs and alcohol in an attempt to escape their problems. By ignoring the true causes of issues, the result can become a damaging downward spiral.

For many years, Converge International has offered a practical and proactive approach to helping those with drug and alcohol difficulties. Approaching Drug Issues with Staff is a customisable four hour workshop designed to assist managers and staff to openly discuss the impact of their decision to use substances for coping.

As well as teaching ways to help prevent and minimise drug and alcohol use in the workplace, the program will help you understand and meet your OH&S responsibilities.
