Managing Aggression At Work

From time to time your team members may encounter excessive aggression from disgruntled customers, the general public or from dealing with people who are aggressive as a result of a mental illness.

For frontline employees who are likely to encounter aggression during the course of their work, it is important to be equipped with skills in managing aggressive behaviour.

Managing Aggression at Work is an introductory four hour workshop designed to assist participants to identify potential threats in their workplace and equip them with the techniques they need to diffuse and resolve aggressive scenarios.
