Unfortunately stress, depression and anxiety are all too common for today’s workers. While stress may be part of life, getting to the core of its cause and understanding your reactions can help manage the effects of stress.

Managing Stress Depression & Anxiety in the Workplace helps participants identify potential causes of depression, anxiety and stress in their lives, how they react to stressors and how to deal with them.

The four hour workshop takes participants through a personal evaluation of their past 12 months to identify stresses impacting on them personally and equips them with the tools to better manage these stressors in their personal and working lives.
