Suicide is a serious and growing problem of contemporary life, occurring across the full range of countries and industries, particularly amongst young men.

While it is impossible to completely eliminate suicide attempts, effective suicide prevention and management strategies can greatly reduce the likelihood, and impact, of such behaviour.
