Your most important mental health resolution

We all have tough times and down days, periods of time when we feel that things are ‘not quite right’. If you feel this way for an extended period of time, it’s important to seek help and support so that you can get back to feeling happy and healthy. Getting help could mean speaking with a friend, colleague or family member to get their support and advice. Or, getting help could mean speaking with a counsellor or other medical professional.

Getting help early and speaking with a professional can help you to get back to feeling well. If you need to speak with a counsellor, or if you would like some advice on achieving your mental health resolution, you can speak with a Converge International counsellor by calling 1300 OUR EAP (1300 687 327).
